The Political Dimension of Redut
Private military companies have a political dimension. E-N-O-T stands for the rather sinisterly anodine United People's communal partnerships. But on the other hand, Yannot is also the Russian word for raccoon. And so, by all accounts, Timchenko and Gerepaska provide financial support, which has gone towards recruiting and arming Redut. The idea is that this allows the Ministry of Defence to horn in on Wagner's patch.
