The Unconstitutional Overreach of the Federal Government in Education

This is more along the lines of the No Child Left Behind Act, only it's not about standards and testing. This has the feel of federal micromanaging only about information rather than test scores. And so if you thought No Child left Behind was unconstitutional overreach, this is also clearly unconstitutional overreach.
