Is There a Special Consideration in High Profile Cases?
In practice, there's probably not necessarily a special consideration, but in practice, there are probably some other things that go on when someone is of the nature of a former president of the United States. Proscutors offices, government agencies like any other kind of institution, are mindful of repotational damage. The time appeals take the sense that appealing everything is possible, delaying justice possibly forever, is truly troubling and takes away my own confidence in the justice system.
