Owen's Joke Isn't Funny, It's a Parody of the Ideology

The only conclusion you can really take away from the point of that joke is, i like puton and i don't like biden, right? But it's not that owen is just dumb, and his understanding of the stuff is superficial, and he celebrates his own wilful ignorance and expects an audience to applaud for it. These situations are so completely different that owen's joke is confusing as a state ment. Ye, really?
