How we practise gratitude is by setting up contrast. What would it look like if i didn't have a place to live or my health? We take something that we take for granted and we're putting contrast on it. But it doesn't have to be just gratitude, there's another way of practising: journalling. I've never been a journaller -  I don't like to write down my feelings. Instead, i like to talk them out. My favorite way of doing it is calling someone i love, or even sending them a voice note.
