How to Move to a New Server on Gen Server Social

My only OK are is to yeah just sort of be a facilitator I guess or a shepherd that was the word earlier. So if Lars or I wanted to move what would the process be like? We have had a few people move. The process is on your account and I'm probably doing it off the top of my head so this is probably going to be wrong, but I'll try and go through it. And there's also if you have like thousands of followers, I guess there is a known problem where some of them can get stuck.
