The Transition to Parkour
Chista started parkour when she was 12. She and her brother Kai have been doing the sport since they were 13. They are currently working as motion graphics designers for social media adverts. Chista says winter is a nightmare because it's so cold, dark and wet. The pair hope to be competing in London next year.
