i'm always on, and whether that's with my team internally or with my consumer on line, and really making sure you're always speaking to them. And i think that's been such a, it's been a slow build for sure, just because it's been eight years since we've lerned. I work with my family, as you know, and i think we are all very passionate about the business,. My mamma and i, and so it can be very difficult to draw the line or to set boundaries. You have to insure that when you're together, even on non work hours, your kind of communicating.
