The Importance of Sensitivity in Oral Surveillance
The absolute incidence rate was modest across the different arms. The high dose of Oupidusitinib so 30mg once daily where again there had been some concern of potential signal it didn't make any difference to our primary results. It suggests that you know the problem is then getting down to smaller numbers of events but I think it's an important sensitivity analysis to do and it didn't change our primary findings. And what about dose because in oral surveillance they lump the 5VD with the 10VD a dose we don't use, now is that going to bias? No can you clarify when you do in meta analysis and look at the smaller dose the high dose same with Bara Sydney.
