The Testimony of John the Baptist

When the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask Him, Who are you? He confessed, He did not deny, but confessed, I am not the Christ. The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him and said, Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. And John bore witness, I saw the Spirit descend as a dove from heaven and remain on him. No one has ever seen God. The only begotten Son who is in the bosom of the Father, He has made Him known. This is the testimony of John the Baptist.
