There's no shortage of apps teaching you mindfulness. I was wondering if you could have any examples of safe practices that would focus on this right brain thinking, how should I call it, mind-hathness or something like that. And effectively, what it is doing is recruiting the right hemisphere's attention to the world in a peaceful and deep way. We're always rushing to verbalize to judge things instead of actually allowing them to declare themselves fully.
