In the traditional approach you would do capacity, pipatography, strength, power, plyometrics, run slow, run fast, change direction, do agility and then just go back into training. Now all of those components are appropriate but it's just the timeline in which they happen like there's no reason why when if you've had ACL surgery literally two or three days of the of the sergeant's table you're not developing things really early.
