The Importance of Custom Service
A few weeks ago it was my cousin J.D.'s birthday and I sent her some flowers on moon pick. Half of them arrived dead so my aunt Jackie got them out well oh god that's really bad put the half that were dead in the bin as one might do sure okay. She doesn't listen to the show so it doesn't matter but I want you to know they weren't cheap okay. Susie says custom service is very important and we're terrible at it in this country sometimes.
