How Much Does This Bill Prop Up Carbon Capture?

Before this bill passed, companies that captured carbon out of the air would get 50 dollars per ton. Now they can have something as low as one thousand tons of carbon. Nuclear fusion is going to be another one that we see get a pretty big lift from this bill. It's harnessing energy from two nuclear atoms when they're splitting and then using that to create an alternative source of energy.
