Hamilton said he was introduced to big Earl Roper by telephone. Hamilton knew that these funds were gone, each time he asked Roper,. Roper said not to worry about it, the money was coming. But Hamilton knew the funds were out of the escrow account. I showed Hamilton the escrow release letters with his signature on them, which I felt were the e-signatures, the electronic signatures. He said he did not sign these. So again, it looks like Hamilton was scammed out money by Roper, but I'll get to that in a second.
