Dog a bank was first noted in a geological paper in 18 74 by thomas belt. It's the activity of ice streams and glaciers from the last ice age. They scour up sediments, sand, gravels and also bits of rock that they move over. And when the ice starts to come to its end point, all of this gets dump out on the landscape as layers of glacial am till. So we have this dog a bank which is almost like a sort of a cap a canopy. Over underneath that is the lost world, of lakes, valleys, hills, yes.
