Will House Prices Fall by an Average of 10 %?
House prices could fall, but it was unlikely that they're going to return to pre pandemic levels. High house prices come from high cost of land embedded in each of our dwellings. We've chosen to under invest in transports, so we all want to live in the same spots. But doctor low said that we're going to have to choose between some pay now, or not doing anything to counter inflation. And that's going to create more pain down the track.
