Is There a Difference Between Overdiagnosis and Over Medication?

Lily: I think there's a lot of over diagnosis going around especially in our generation. But on the other end of that there's also those people that are way under diagnosed. Lily: To say there's non over diagnosis issue and an over medication issue would be especially over medication. Ignoring a lot of issues. What percentage of people you know are on medication? I think probably 60% for me.
