The Story of Fred Koramatsu
In 1981 a researcher named peter irons uncovered evidence that the u.s. government had presented false information to the supreme court during koramatsu's case Evidence had been altered to make it appear as if japanese americans were dangerous without any hard proof. The documents showed that john de witt's reports in 1942 which led to the passing of executive order 9066 Were based solely on racial prejudice and conjecture.
