Opeg is the outer planet's assessment group. It meets twice per year to discuss and get up dates about ideas or proposed missions. And we really think that an ice giant mission should be a top flagship mission priority. Followed maybe five years or so later with a mission to an ocean world like incelidus, or perhaps europa.
