There's like a pomodoro tomato timer that you can just set 25 minutes of focus and five minutes. You have to step up and do something active, like maybe pushups or pullups or justStretch or do something like that. That's going to help your brain function more effectively. The other thing that I actually like to do is when we talk about taking a break, it's not just vegging out. It's taking a break from the task that you are on.
