The Benefits of Diversity in an Organization
Companies with diverse teams build better products and they perform better. You get new or untapped labor sources, new markets, new consumers. It really helps companies to grow exponentially. If you don't consciously make an effort, it's very easy to end up with ten versions of yourself in the company.
