Rucking is three times easier on the joints than running and again where I was a former runner Obviously I'm much heavier now than my running days. But yeah, I love doing it. I can do it year-round here and I actually started a rucking group And we've done some like mountain ones. It's been fun because you know, you're getting the war of a A workout Like I get my heart rate up to like 140 ish so I'm not like zone two almost zone three.
