Neuro Muscular Blockade
The things that i tend to do for a patient who is severely hypoemic are, in sequence, a neuro muscular blockade and then prone positionad. So typically we use vecuronium. The data are with ssatricuriumt,. There's not real reason to think it's a a drug specific, specific effect rather than just an overall effect of nero muscular blockade. And i typically paralyze people before i think about proning them a mostly because, in some sense, it is easier and it is fast.
