The Future of Investment in the UK
There are plenty of investors looking at wider UK and I think that's across different segments as well so we've seen a number of industrial specialists for example. Residential specialists and just come from a meeting earlier where they were absolutely looking at regions because that's where they felt the value was. And then on the office on the innovation side obviously I had the announcement of investment zones yesterday as well which is piques of interest. It makes those propositions from a developer or a landowner perspective just significantly more attractive, he says.
