Zack: My own experience came from building up my first modern class from unit and kind of checking in with fee back. I would say almost always it was me giving the students more time. If if a student is working too quickly through your units, ah, that's good. You can tea them more stuff. But like you said at the end there, being flexible, giving students more time when they need it is never a bad thing.
