The Battle for Tech Sovereignty

There is going to be this sort of battle between rising powers for who's going to control these sorts of areas. This is where, and we've been very ambivalent on this podcast about India. If India is going to align a little bit more with the United States, they have a lot of the fundamentals that you would want from a country that can take advantage of this. Russia was trying to build this kind of tech ecosystem in their own country as well. I think Turkey has some sense that this is the direction that they want to go into. They're probably not at the, in terms of tech, like even close to what we're talking about here. But that's the profile
