Authenticity Is the Long Way, Naive Way

The anxiety of being original drives people to make sure they've read every bit of secondary literature and foot noted it. It's not naiveis the long way, naive way. An the better way is just to sayits back to re inventing the wheel. I'm not going to let some one else teal my joy. And i agree that he wants to say that all original thought has its source and authenticity. But also, what he identifies here, and part of the authenticity and naivete is the urge to actually communicate something.
