The Crucifixion
The film is rated R because of the startling violence. The crucifixion is so shocking and shameful, it just seems illogical to Muslims that God would ever have allowed such a holy prophet to end up on a cross. But the earliest sources are clear. Jesus was crucified by Pontius Pilate, the fifth governor of Judea. As scandalous as it sounds, God became a man in Jesus and suffered the summons supplicate, the ultimate punishment. This claim that a crucified man is Lord and God, creator of the universe, who will come again at the end to judge the living and the dead has no historical value.
