Is There a Benefit to Static Stretching for the Antagonist Muscle?

Stretching the antagonist muscles before sets a bench press increase power output by about seven %. Antagonist stretching, probably not a night and day difference, very likely will have a small positive effect on training performance. To the best of my knowledge, there's no like, prospective data indicating that it does actually meaningfully increase injury risk. I'm i personally one to be concerned about that.
