attachment theory is something that I'm really interested in and I actually did a research project on attachment style and levels of anxiety as well as like levels of loneliness. Basically the attachment style that you have within, they can predict for some people your attachment style in the first six months of your life before you can even talk. Those attachment styles that you have with your parents tend to be consistent through adulthood unless there's therapeutic intervention. So if somebody doesn't have high anxiety and they don't have a fear of intimacy, then they're gonna be securely attached because they had like predictable reinforcement and validation from their parents.
