What's the Value of the Work?

A colleague described the work that he and his team did as, well, you're the chairs and tables people. What does that mean? It makes me take a step back and reassess the work. So one, I reduce some of my investment, frankly. Because if I am seeing, feeling, experiencing that this is not something that is rising to the level of importance, then I need to make certain that that is the right investment of time. And so there's a difference there.
