The people on the team who were the most persuasive tended to go to the product team, or just go straight to the engineers and get that particular problm fixed. The issue there was that that particular problem was not necessarily the most important problem. It wasi just happened to be the problem that the most verbal person on the team experienced that day. Yeo: I do think that the collaboration tax, sometimes there are other things that mayht be worth valuing even though they aren't perfectly efficient.
