Cody is working on a story about poaching in the heartland of the US. In Kazakhstan, they've pretty much run out of fish and it's an environmental disaster. Mike Reynolds was working at Cody's bait shop when two men entered with jinglejangles. They began rifling through fishing poles that didn't have price tags yet. The Russians ignored him and continued to lay rods on the floor until he called police.
