The Prosecutors' Silence After Arrest

The judge has reprimanded the prosecutor for two separate issues. The one that i find interesting in the sense that i actually do think it sets up sit for appeal, he mentioned the defendant's silence after arrest. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to remain silent and do not have that silence aused against you in court. Those are completely different questions regarding the guilt or innocence regarding these three specific shootings. And again, the good dudeness or the bad dudeness, or the wisdom or the foolishness of wriggling out of your house with that weapon is not what this case is about.
