What Are the Titles of the Monks in the Middle Ages?

Teaching would happen sometimes in a chapter house and sometimes in the cloister. Sometimes I'm sure they were in the church because they were rehearsing. So at different times of day, the teachers responsible for training the choir and also for teaching the younger the children would be rehearsing with them. The actual rehearsal for the service which could take place in church was in itself a kind of a teaching environment or a teaching situation. There's actually the Latin word preceptor which is like today's preceptor or a sixth center or the assistant to the Armarius.
