I don't think the SPR is going to go a huge way towards fixing it. You have a full blown kind of energy crisis in North America on US borders, onshore US. Russia and Saudi Arabia each produce 10 plus million barrels a day. So they were talking a drop in the bucket if we were looking to kind of offset a sudden stop.
