Are You a Proponent of People Selling Secondary?
In the early 2000s, it was like frowned upon for a founder to sell secondary. Now you can take out $10 million or $20 million in a year without something working. I think that's one of the reasons we have so many companies with such high prices is there's a very strong financial incentive as a founder because if you could sell 1% for 5 million or 1% of the sudden, that's really material.
