Is Yoga Uniquely Positioned to Be Resilient?
How is yoga uniquely able to help practitioners become more through the responsiveness that this practice develops? How does yoga help us be resiliant in a way that other things don't? i have to admit, i struggle with determining which of these world views i fall undermost. But i think that we can lay out two different world views here when it comes to resilience. One is resilience through adaptation and one is resilience through responsiveness.
