Sally Kohn: The question of when will Beijing do more to reign in Pyongyang has been a yearly occurrence. But I must imagine that as Beijing looks at the developments you talked about over the last year, even if they were walked back on developing their own nuclear capabilities,I can't imagine Beijing is looking at this with much optimism yet. She says it's just a different geopolitical environment with increasing competition between US and China. "I just want to see them prioritizing helping us on North Korea at all," she adds.
