Ghost Guns

The Fifth Circuit has not ruled on the facts of the case or the merits of the case that whatever you want to say, they've only ruled on whether or not this injunction should stand. The branding of ghost guns was meant to make it sound cool, was meant to appeal to those that are on the edge of legality. ATF prefers personally made firearm PMFs, which sounds dull enough. But in that sense, ghost guns is helpful to sort of sound the alarm on these firearms.
