Being a good leader is so difficult, because it is a lot of work. You have to know them enough to know how they're gong to receive the message. Weall have different biases, fears, insecurities, et cetera. Am strength, weaknesses. It i's like wild man. That's exhausting to really be that effective with each individual viewr of your people and cause a good leader would care about them.
