The Fear of Panic

I was never claustrophobic except for when that happened you're strapped in and I remember and the panel is right in front of your face And you can't move. That was the only time I ever had a conscious decision to not panic because of claustrophobia. If I watch TV like some cliffhanger or whatever, I hate that. Yeah To do it just improved myself, but I can do stuff. There's a trip in Wyoming that you go up and so I always whenever i'm near ledge I walk over to it and I look down and I hate it my hands are sweating right now thinking about it.
