Doing Full Body Forever?

If you only have 30 minutes a day for workouts, a max, five days a week, what split would you recommend? For males, my first go to would just be, push, pull, legs, push pull. A full push day, re work in chest, shoulders and trias might get a little long unless the volumeis really low. On the shoulder day, you do some kind of type of upper back rows. All right, i'm steve bates, but i'm not steve sim a, son of bates. He says hitting his mackerels makes hem feel bloated and full. Any ideas?
