The internet seemed, social media particularly, seemed pretty bad from 20 16 on during the trump years. What i think changed between the iterations of digit life that we're talking about is it it got too efficient. I am like a being who evolves to scan my immediate environment for threat and change. And corporations develop power to get my attention, they keep doing it. It's some point you really have to stop playing with the human mind in this way.
