What Do You Think of the Strata in Erither?

The strata that is originally really mentioned in erthyrubut ten, is secondarily mentioned in colanar. If we take capsel's theory as accurate, of these places of greatness being built by some type of godlike being the shards themselves, then the strata represent different wave forms of creation. But this is just mentioned a bunch of times, like ther strata all over earthyru, and apparently caladan thinks it similar in colinar. And it's definitely significant in some way, i'm sure.
