The Benefits of High Intensity Interval Training for Women

Women are just more efficient at getting that release of growth hormone. I prefer a 20 to 30 minute burst training round of exercise to longer because I find that longer workout set me up for a greater risk of injury. Fasting is another way to leverage the release of Growth Hormone. We want to find that Goldilocks position where growth hormone is not too high, but it's also not too low.
