How Minesweeper Moved From Being a Microsoft Entertainment Pack to a Windows Operating System
"I really wanted to find the person who's like, we want Minesweeper on Windows 3.1 and set off the chain reaction of billions of copies," he says. "No one I could find remembers how that happened." There was some internal drama between the operating system people and the entry business people about this when they took Minesweeper away from them in early 90s,. He adds: "Now you're not going to sell Halo anymore. It's not going to be part of Game Pass".
