I usually have a lot of my clients strength train on the wall more. But I would also say that if we're trying to get like a little bit more recruitment, it probably makes more sense to isolate the finger flexors and do overcoming style isometrics. So you just pull with your fingers, but pulling with while eliminating the upper extremity. That's how recruitment works. They just need a little bit of a stimulus.
