I Still Talk Too Much When I'm Coaching

Coaches can do ten times more good when you coach instead of teach. I still love to talk, and people like it when i talk. So in order to find what's going on in someone's brain, you have to talking and start listening more. Set yourself an 80 20 rule - get your client talking 80% of the time; me only talking enty % of the time. It will force you to stop teaching and start coaching. You're barely scratching the surface as a coach. We're not teaching. We're coaching. And no two people are alikek.
